All you need to do to place an order on our website is to choose the product that you would like to buy, then add it to cart and pay for it with a credit or debit card or any of the supported payment methods. In the future, you will be able to use Amino Rewards Points for purchases (coming soon).

We do not currently offer returns as our site is in its alpha version, but we do plan to add this in the future. Stay tuned! Of course, if there is a serious issue with a defective product then contact the Amino Rewards team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We currently allow users to pay by credit card. In the future, Amino Rewards Points will be an option and perhaps additional payment methods.

We do not currently offer this feature, but we are looking into adding it in the future.

Shipping and tax rates are available on the Checkout page and will depend on the products you have in your Cart, as well as the shipping destination.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days.

At present, the shipping company depends on which product you choose and may vary by region. We aim to provide users with the lowest shipping costs and fastest delivery. Coming soon, we will also add options for various delivery methods and speeds.

The shipping time is dependent on the product being shipped. Normally you can expect to receive the product within 5-10 business days. We will provide tracking links when possible so you can get better estimates of the shipping time.

We DO NOT track which sites our users visit. We only identify merchant sites with which we have partnerships, in order to send you real-time rewards offers and communicate with our merchants that you should be rewarded for your purchases. We DO NOT sell your personally identifiable data. Our business model is very clear – we partner with top merchants that pay us when you shop on their sites. We then send part of that payment in Amino Rewards Points to your account.

When making a purchase with a retailer the relationship/contract of purchase remains with the retailer, Amino Rewards Shop Rewards is not responsible for the service or product provided. You should contact the retailer directly with any questions or issues regarding products or services purchased.
